Perfecto.es
is an online trading platform for placement by private and commercial customers of requests for the performance of certain services and direct contact with verified service providers, as well as a directory with profiles of verified service providers.
User
is a client receiving information or a service provider offering his services on Perfecto.es
Customer
is a private or commercial client making a request for the provision of certain services on Perfecto.es
Service provider
is a private or commercial provider of certain services, offering hisservices on Perfecto.es
Contract
is an agreement between Perfecto.es and the user that comes in to force when the user starts to use the website.
We
are the Perfecto.es management group.
Further, we inform users about how Perfecto.es collects and uses personal data of users during use of this search portal and provision of services.
If the user uses Perfecto.es, we get the information about the user's computer or other device, such as a smartphone, which the user uses to connect with Perfecto.es. Most of the information transmitted by the user as part of the use of this website is not personal. Below we explain the importance of personal information and how we store a user’s personal data.
We are responsible for collecting and processing of the user's personal data only if the user has unambiguously given his consent or we have to do it in accordance with legislation.
1. Data access and hosting
Each user can visit our website without providing us with any personal information. Each time the user visits Perfecto.es, our web server automatically saves the so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested page, the IP address of the client, the date and time of the request, and the amount of data transmitted.
This access data is transmitted to us solely to ensure uninterrupted operation of the website and improve the level of user service. According to the GDPR all access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the user visits this website.
2. Third-party hosting services
Within data processing on our behalf a third-party provider provides us with web hosting services. All data transmitted to us during the use of this website are processed on the servers of the provider.
This web hosting provider is located in an EU country. Data processing takes place within the European Union.
3. Data collection and use
The maximum number of services of Perfecto.es is available to the user only after registration on the website. After registration, the user can post tasks, participate in tenders, perform various actions or give ratings. The website requests only the data needed for a particular task. The scope of the requested data includes name, address and other contact information, such as the user's mobile phone number. We use the data provided by the user in full accordance with the GDPR for contract processing.
If the client places a request for the execution of services on Perfecto.es, in this case we do not give the client's phone number to those service providers who wish to answer the client in order to receive the order. All communication takes place via chat in the personal accounts of the Perfecto.es system. We use the data provided by the client according to the GDPR for contract processing.
In addition, such data can be used to meet legal obligations, such as responses to official requests from the public authorities.
Perfecto.es also stores the profiles of service providers with all necessary information, such as the type and content of requests that have been sent to the service provider. Perfecto.es also asks service providers to provide copies of documents, certificates, diplomas, etc., confirming personal and professional qualifications or other information stored in the profile of the service provider. This documentation is stored in electronic form during the validity period of the provision of services on the website or during the storage period established by law.
After completion of the contract and deactivation of the service provider’s account, the service provider’s data will be limited for further processing and will be deleted upon expiry of the storage period established by law. The client’s or service provider’s account can be deleted at any time by sending a message to the website’s contact person.
4. Data Transfer
To fulfill the terms of the contract according to the GDPR we provide data of the service providers, depending on the method of payment for services chosen by the service provider on Perfecto.es, such as to the credit institution or to payment service providers that process payments. Some of the payment service providers selected by the service providers also collect such data themselves if the service provider creates an account on third-party websites. In this case, the service contractor cooperates directly with the payment service system and manages his data himself. In this regard, the data protection declaration of the relevant payment service provider applies.
Perfecto.es also uses a payment service provider to pay bills and process payments. The legal basis for this is the GDPR.
Third parties receive client and service provider data for the following purposes:
- Client and service provider name transfer to each other, and if necessary, client and service provider addresses, at the beginning and during processing of the contractual relationship: for example, to establish contact between the client and service provider (according to the GDPR)
- Information to public authorities in the context of legal obligations (according to the GDPR).
- We check the addresses of our service providers, besides reserving the right to receive information about service providers from third parties. For this purpose, we can check information about the name and address of the company, which is collected as part of the registration, in the registers of enterprises or through another information service that uses these data to verify the validity of the address or credibility of the relevant service provider. The legal basis for this is the GDPR.
5. E-mailing
If the client or service provider subscribes to our newsletters, we use the data necessary for this, or provided separately by users, to send regular newsletters by email based on the consent of users according to the GDPR.
Users can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by sending a message to the contact address below or by using the link provided in the newsletter. After cancelling the subscription, we will delete the user's email address if the user has not given his consent to further use of his data.
6. User rights
Perfecto.es saves the profile of the service provider and information about payment of maintenance costs, as well as information about the type and content of the requests that were sent to the service provider. We also ask the service provider to give us copies of documents confirming the personal information stored in the service provider’s profile. These documents are stored in electronic form during the validity period of the contract between the website and the service provider or during the storage period established by law.
After completion of the contract or deletion of the service provider’s account after tax and commercial storage periods, if the user has not given his consent to the further use of his data, we delete the account at any time, either by sending a request to the user or using the account deletion function.
We do not request the following information from users: race, ethnicity, disability, etc. Also, we do not ask users to provide information about pregnancy, political views, philosophical or religious beliefs, union membership, physical or mental health.
7. Data transfer and payments
To fulfill the contract according to the GDPR we provide data – depending on the payment method chosen by the service provider – for processing payments to a credit institution or payment service provider. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect these data themselves if the user creates an account himself in the systems of such providers. In this case, the data protection declaration of the relevant payment service provider applies.

8. Cookies
To make the Perfecto.es operation more efficient and to enable the use of certain functions, Perfecto.es uses so-called cookies.

Others remain on the user's device and allow us to recognize the user's browser during a new session (persistent cookies). The user can find the storage period of such files in the cookie settings of his web browser. The user can also configure his browser to enable him to be informed about the settings of cookies and to make the decision himself as to whether or not to set cookies. 9. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on the user's computer and allow us to analyze the user’s use of Perfecto.es. The information generated by cookies about the use of this website is usually transmitted to the Google server in the USA. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of Perfecto.es, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to the website’s activity and use of the Internet.
An IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We use Google Analytics to analyze and improve the use of Perfecto.es. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our website operation. The legal basis is the GDPR.
We use our own cookies in order to anonymously evaluate the interests of our users. We then use this information to improve the Perfecto.es operation.
10. Using Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter social plugins
Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”). When a user visits a webpage containing such a plugin, the user's browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook, Google, Instagram or Twitter servers. The content of the plugin is transferred directly to the user's browser by the appropriate provider. By integrating plugins, providers get information that the user's browser has accessed the corresponding Perfecto.es webpage, even if the user does not have a profile or is not logged in. This occurs in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Location data use
Data on the user's location is activated only when necessary (during a search request) and temporarily stored on the user's device. The location specified by the (mobile) device is transmitted to the provided map (for example, Google Maps, Apple Maps) through the interface (API). If the user does not want to disclose his location data, he can disable them on his device.
Data processing is based on the GDPR.
12. Contact options and user rights
The user has the following rights:
in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, the user has the right to request information about his personal data;
in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, the user has the right to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored with us;
in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, the user has the right to request restrictions on the processing of his personal data, provided that
- the reliability of the data is disputed by the user;
- we do not need the data any more, but the user needs it for the commencement of an action.
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, the user has the right to receive his personal data, which he provided in a structured, accessible format, or to request the transfer of data to another responsible person;
according to Article 77 of the GDPR, the user has the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority. Usually he can contact the supervisory authority at his place of residence or work, or directly on Perfecto.es.
